How verification works
- Crypto deposits and gameplay do not require an up-front identity check — email registration is enough.
- The operator reserves the right to request documents in individual review cases (e.g. security or payment checks).
- If a review is opened, payouts are typically resumed once the requested documents are confirmed.
- Card and Luxon Pay payments follow the payment provider's own checks ($20–$2,200 card range, Luxon from $10).
- Players must be 18+ — age is part of the terms you accept at registration.
Preparing Documents Before A Review
Because sign-up is by email, that inbox is the channel through which any document request would reach you, so keep access to it current. CoinPoker accepts deposits in eight cryptocurrencies with no deposit fees, and every transfer leaves an on-chain record; saving the transaction ID for each deposit and withdrawal, including transfers sent over the Polygon network, gives you ready evidence if a payment check is opened. Card and Luxon Pay funding is screened by the payment providers themselves, so their document requirements can differ from the poker room's.
